ORDERING
No minimum purchase amount is required. We will accept Visa,Master Card, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards with pin numbers or money orders. Orders will be shipped after credit card approval or receipt of money order. Please send money order to Black Hills Gold Prospector, PO Box 13374, Scottsdale, AZ 85267.
SHIPPING
Orders ship in 7-10 business days. We may be able to expedite shipping for special circumstances. Please call to check on ASAP orders (480.596.1984). Shipping costs are not estimated in our shopping cart. We will calculate your shipping fee and add it to your credit charge or send you an adjusted invoice. If you have questions before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to call us. We ship via USPS, Fed-X. or UPS. Please specify your preferred method of shipment with the applicable shipping address.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible – or no later than 24 hours after placing your order. WRONG SIZE POLICY
If you order the wrong size ring, we have a simple exchange policy. Simply return the ring (un-altered) with a check, money order, or credit card information for $10.00 and we will send you the new requested size. We recommend that you insure your return to protect yourself from a loss.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Can be redeemed at our web site or at our show locations.
RETURNS
Returns accepted with authorization within 30 days of shipping date. Items must be in new and un-altered condition for a full refund in your method of payment. Buyer to pay return shipping fees. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Call 480-596-1984 for authorization number and shipping instructions. We suggest that you insure any items for return to protect yourself from loss. Blackhillsgoldprospector.com will not be held responsible for items being returned to our address and lost in shipping.
